We would like to thank all our campers for following our instructions with small fires this weekend due to the high fire danger and thank you for leaving your campsites clean and tidy.

Most of the campsites have newly graded areas which have no grass.

Unfortunately due to the dryness of the soil is very powdery.

You are welcome to set up your campers and tents on these newly graded sections.

Hopefully we will get some rain soon and the grass will start to grow before Summer.

It’s great to see the campsites filling up each weekend.

During the next two weeks we are planning to upgrade a couple of the campsites so we apologise for the lack of grassed areas while this work is been carried out..

With the warmer weather approaching remember if you have a large group or caravans don’t forget to let us know which site you want to book.

Please be prepared to take your own rubbish home with you after visiting the park.

During the past three weeks I have had a lot of people say they enjoyed the camping so much they are thinking of coming back during the next school holidays and some are even planning their Christmas and Australia Day holidays.

If you are planning a camping trip and have over five cars in your group may we suggest you think about booking your preferred campsite?

Campsite one is the preferred site for caravans.

We will place the site booking on the calendar.

A deposit will be negotiated when making your bookings.

We at Scenic Rim are working towards offering not only the 4x4 driving enthusiasts a fantastic time at the park but also providing comfortable bush settings for our campers to enjoy while they stay at the park.

We are gradually levelling camping sites throughout the park to cater for everyone from the large groups to the single camper.

With 700 acres available to visitors at the park we would appreciate everyone’s assistance in preserving these beautiful grounds.

We would appreciate all visitors taking home their own rubbish.

When driving round the park please keep off the grassed area’s and use the side tracks around the camping grounds.

If you are a large group planning to camp or have caravans please ring so we can book the camping ground for you. Caravans are limited to the lower camp sites.
