Glamping tent hire and theming available
Glamping experience available at Scenic Rim Adventure Park.  Beautiful large and spacious Glamping tents offering visitors to our picturesque property an alternative to luxury outdoor experience. 

With the current global COVID-19 we are now extending our Glamping to you. South East Queensland families can now hire our beautiful Glamping tents to spice up your isolation, social distancing, home stays.  Take advantage of our experience event coordinators to set up your backyard for either a unique themed camp out with the family or a family themed special birthday celebration.

Our Glamping tents are wonderfully unique and offering loads more standing space than a bell tent. They’re perfect as a bridal suite, glamping experience with friends, romantic getaway with your loved one, family outback camping in style or a girls or kids themed party!

Our event coordinator will talk to you about your needs and prepare a quote specifically for you.  Then you will have our team set up, style and remove after you have created your precious memories.
Packages available for hiring off site 

Glamping Full Service

  • pricing starts from $300 per tent (incl GST) for 2 nights
  • Rate includes tent hire, all glamping inclusions, price may vary depending on style.
  • We do have 2 glamping tents we hire for $300 each 2 nights arriving after 4pm first night depart before 5pm after the second night. They include the following.
    1 queen size bed innerspring mattress, linen and cover supplied
    2 indoor chairs and side tables. Floor mat and Battery fairy lights
    They are large so you could fit other people.
    Additional bedding 2nd Queen size mattress and linen $30 or
  • Single bed mattress, linen $20.
  • Plus park vehicle entry fee

TENT BASIC HIRE


  • We also have 3 small tents $80 for 2 nights
  • With either 1 queen blow up mattresses or 2 single blow-up mattresses including linen. 
  • Extra nights = $20/night
  • Additions available
    Outdoor table and 2 chairs $20. Cut Firewood on site $40. Camp portable toilet en-suite shelter $30. Camp oven or hot plate $30 Fry-pan, picnic sets utensils, cutlery, plates for 4 people $20.
  • Plus park vehicle entry fee

BOOKING PROCESS

Hiring will require payment prior to delivery.  You will be required to pay a $150 bond, that is returned when goods are returned in condition provided.
Step 1
Booking Request
Submit a booking request for your choice of dates. No payment is required at this stage.
Step 2
​Styling Consultation
We’ll check availability and approve your booking request within 24 hours! If we cannot accept your booking, please have alternative dates ready. We will discuss the styling and hire cost.
Step 3
Booking Confirmed
A detailed contract will be provided outlining the style and inclusions for you to approve, by deposit and bond.
